Her global journey refined her palate and deepened her understanding of world flavors.
As Executive Chef and Owner of the acclaimed Chatayee Thai in Philadelphia, she continues to share her heritage through consulting, recipe development, and private chef services, cementing her status as a creative and highly respected voice in Thai cuisine.
